Overview

A fine quality timepiece Skeleton clock by Dyson of Leeds, circa 1880. The clock mounted on the original two tier white marble base and bun feet, with the original glass dome, both in perfect condition.
A very fine and original clock clock in fully restored condition.

Movement

The beautifully polished scroll frame united by screwed shaped turned pillars.
The chain driven single fusee timepiece movement with colleted anchor escapement.
Fine
quality wheel work throughout, all the decorative steel work blued.
Substantial brass bob pendulum with knurled transportation restraint.
Original blued steel hands.

Dial

The beautiful foliate scrolled silvered and engraved dial with Roman numerals, with silvered makers name beneath signed for the Dyson Leeds.
